Useful labels that help compare this journey with other Jordan Journey experiences.
Clear answers before you reserve your journey.
Absolutely. Customization is our specialty. We can: brand all materials (welcome packs, gift bags, signage, menus) with your company logo and colors; customize the team-building challenge to reflect your company values; script the awards ceremony to recognize your specific KPIs; and tailor the itinerary to include sites relevant to your industry. Contact your Corporate Event Manager to discuss brand integration. Most branding is included at no extra cost for groups over 15.
All hotels have function rooms with standard AV: projector, screen, microphone, and WiFi. For advanced needs ( simultaneous translation, live streaming, teleconferencing), we can arrange rental equipment and technical staff ($500-1,500 depending on complexity). The Petra hotel has a panoramic terrace perfect for outdoor presentations. The Dead Sea resort has a ballroom for large groups. Your Event Manager coordinates all AV setup and testing before your arrival.
Yes. Spouses and partners are welcome on the leisure portions of the program (site visits, dinners, spa). They typically do not participate in the business meetings or team-building exercises unless requested. Spouse rates are 80% of the executive rate (they receive all meals, accommodation, and activities except the business components). Contact your Event Manager to add spouses to the rooming list.
Jordan Journey provides post-trip analytics: participant satisfaction surveys (95%+ target), engagement metrics from team-building activities, social media reach from event photography, and retention rate tracking for incentive participants vs. non-participants. Many clients report a 15-25% improvement in employee retention and a 20-30% increase in performance metrics among incentive trip participants. Your Event Manager can help you design pre-trip and post-trip surveys to measure specific KPIs.
Your Corporate Event Manager is on-site throughout the program and can handle last-minute changes with local vendor relationships. Need to add a meeting? Change the dinner menu? Extend a spa session? Arrange a surprise birthday celebration? Your Event Manager makes it happen. Most last-minute changes are possible with 24 hours notice (some incur additional costs).
Yes. Jordan is one of the safest countries in the Middle East for business travelers. The government is stable, the economy is open, and the hospitality infrastructure is mature. All hotels have security. Your guide and drivers are vetted professionals. The only caution is standard travel common sense. Jordan Journey has hosted over 100 corporate groups with zero safety incidents.
Yes. Jordan has excellent conference facilities, particularly in Amman and at the Dead Sea resorts. We can arrange: half-day business meetings before the incentive activities, a full-day conference with guest speakers, or a training workshop integrated into the itinerary. Contact your Event Manager to discuss business-meeting integration. Conference facilities, AV, and catering are additional costs based on group size and duration.
Standard luxury tours focus on individual leisure. Corporate incentive programs focus on strategic objectives: employee recognition, team bonding, motivation, and retention. The difference is in the details: branded materials, team-building activities, awards ceremonies, function rooms for meetings, professional photography for marketing, and post-trip deliverables. Your Event Manager does not just coordinate travel: they design an experience that delivers business results.
