A few hours, a full day, or an overnight escape

Start with the time you have. A short activity can fit between travel days, while a longer desert program or hiking route may need its own place in your itinerary. Check the activity duration separately from hotel transfers, briefing time, and any overnight stay. If your schedule is tight, share your next departure time before requesting an experience.

Choose the right format

A private experience gives your group exclusive use of the booked service, subject to the operator's route and safety requirements. Shared departures bring travelers together on a scheduled activity. A private transfer to a shared boat, balloon, or show does not make that activity private. Your proposal will identify the format of every component.

Bring the details together

Tell us whether you need hotel pickup, meals, a guide, accommodation, or a connection to your next destination. We review the timing and available options, then send a proposal with the selected program, inclusions, exclusions, and booking conditions. How do I receive a price?

Send your preferred experience, date, group size, and any extras. We check the available arrangements and provide a quote for your selection.

Does submitting the form reserve my place?

No. Your request starts the planning process. A reservation is confirmed separately after the proposal is accepted and its booking requirements are completed.

Are transfers and meals included?

Only when listed in your selected package. Tell us what you need so that the proposal separates included services from optional additions.

Can children join?

Eligibility depends on the activity, equipment, and operator. Include children's ages so that we can check the relevant requirements before confirming.

What if an activity cannot operate?

Weather, access restrictions, or supplier availability may affect a program. The applicable cancellation and rescheduling terms are provided before confirmation; an alternative is offered only if available and accepted.
