Simple terms for using this website and arranging a journey with Jordan Journey.

These terms apply to use of the Jordan Journey website and general dealings with us. Your final proposal, invoice, itinerary, supplier conditions, and written booking confirmation may contain additional or more specific terms. Where there is a conflict, the confirmed booking documents will apply to that journey.
Jordan Journey is a Jordan-based inbound destination management and private travel brand operating from Amman, Jordan. We design and coordinate journeys using selected hotels, guides, drivers, transport operators, experience providers, and other third-party suppliers.
You may use this website for lawful personal or business travel-planning purposes. You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, copy protected content for commercial use, or submit false, harmful, or misleading information.
Website content, sample itineraries, prices, durations, images, and availability may change. A service is not confirmed until Jordan Journey issues written confirmation and receives the required payment. Your confirmed proposal and invoice define the final inclusions, exclusions, price, and schedule.
A 50% deposit normally secures a confirmed journey unless your written proposal states otherwise. The remaining balance, payment method, currency, and deadline will be stated in the proposal or invoice. Late payment may affect availability or lead to cancellation.
Travelers are responsible for accurate names and booking details, valid passports, visas, entry rules, health requirements, travel insurance, suitable clothing and equipment, and following reasonable safety instructions. Tell us promptly about medical, mobility, dietary, or accessibility needs that may affect the arrangements.
Jordan Journey may make reasonable changes where necessary for safety, weather, road conditions, supplier availability, government decisions, site closures, or events beyond our control. We will aim to provide a suitable alternative of comparable value where reasonably possible.
Hotels, airlines, guides, transport operators, camps, activity providers, and payment companies are independent suppliers. Their own terms may apply. Jordan Journey coordinates these services but cannot guarantee events outside its reasonable control.
Cancellations and date changes are governed by our Cancellation Policy and any supplier-specific conditions stated in your proposal. Non-refundable third-party costs may be deducted where they have already been committed.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, Jordan Journey is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, missed connections, personal items, or losses caused by inaccurate traveler information, third-party acts, or events outside reasonable control.
The website design, text, photographs, itineraries, trademarks, and original materials belong to Jordan Journey or their respective owners. External links are provided for convenience and do not mean we control or endorse every third-party website.
These website terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. The parties should first try to resolve concerns directly and in good faith. Any unresolved dispute will be handled by the competent courts of Jordan unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
We may update these terms when our website, services, suppliers, or legal requirements change. The latest version published on this page applies from its stated update date.
