We use personal information to respond to inquiries, prepare proposals, confirm bookings, arrange hotels, guides, transportation and experiences, provide support during travel, process payments through approved providers, improve our services, protect safety, and meet legal or regulatory duties.
We may share only the information needed with hotels, camps, guides, drivers, transport operators, experience providers, payment providers, technology and hosting providers, professional advisers, and government or border authorities where required.
Some journeys involve providers outside Jordan, so information may be transferred to another country when necessary to deliver the booking.
Payment details may be processed by the payment gateway or financial provider shown at checkout or on your invoice. Jordan Journey does not intentionally store complete card numbers on this website.
