You do not need a finished itinerary to contact us. Tell us your starting point, how long you have and any must-see places. If you have already booked hotels, include their names and dates so we can connect the stays into a practical route.

You can request private road transport around your own bookings. If you would also like to discuss hotels, licensed guides, a Wadi Rum stay or activities, select those interests in the form. They are not automatically included in your driver quote.
A vehicle suited to your journey
Passenger numbers are only part of the picture. We also consider luggage, child seats and the space you prefer. Vehicle category and any specific model request are confirmed in your written quote, subject to availability.
Sedan — For up to 3 passengers, subject to luggage and any child-seat requirements.
Minivan — For up to 7 passengers, or smaller parties who would prefer more space.
Minibus — For groups of up to 16 passengers, subject to luggage and seating configuration.
Coach — For larger groups of up to 50 passengers, with the arrangement confirmed for your itinerary.

A driver and a licensed guide have different roles
Your driver handles the agreed road journey and pickup arrangements. Guiding inside archaeological and visitor sites is a separate service. Tell us if you would like a licensed guide for selected visits.
Wadi Rum meeting points
Road transfers serve the confirmed accessible meeting point. Travel inside the desert may require a separate camp transfer or jeep arrangement. We will clarify where you meet your driver and how any requested onward transfer is arranged.

Can I change a suggested itinerary?
Yes. Tell us which places you would like to add, remove or spend more time in. We will review the route and prepare a quote for the agreed version.
Can you work around hotels I have already booked?
Yes. Share the hotel names or locations and your dates. Accommodation does not need to be booked through us for us to discuss your private road transport.
Can my trip start or finish somewhere else?
You can request a different pickup or drop-off point, including an airport. These changes must be included in your itinerary and written quote; they are not automatically included in a suggested route.
Will we have the same driver throughout?
We plan multi-day services with continuity in mind and will clarify your driver arrangement before confirmation. If a change is necessary, our team will coordinate the handover and keep you informed.
Can we request child seats or extra luggage space?
Yes. Include children's ages, the child seats you need and your luggage details. We will check availability and confirm the suitable arrangement and any applicable charges before you book.
Can you accommodate mobility needs?
Tell us about any practical vehicle-access or equipment requirements. We will review what can be arranged; accessible vehicles, step-free access and accessibility at visitor sites are not assumed or guaranteed by this enquiry.
Why are there no prices on this page?
Each journey depends on its dates, route, number of travellers, vehicle requirements and agreed service arrangements. We prepare a personalized written quote after reviewing your request.
Does submitting the form confirm my booking?
No. The form sends an enquiry to Jordan Journey. Your booking is confirmed only after the arrangements are agreed and our team issues written confirmation.
How are payments arranged?
Our team will discuss payment arrangements after you receive your written quote.
Are hotels, guides and activities included?
This is a private driver and transport service. Hotels, entrance tickets, licensed guides and activities are separate unless expressly included in your written quote. Tell us what you would like us to discuss with you.
Can we make stops or change plans during the trip?
Agreed sightseeing and comfort stops are included in your itinerary. Additional distance, hours, visits or days may affect the arrangements and price, so please check changes with our team.
What happens if I need to change or cancel?
Contact our team as soon as possible. The applicable change and cancellation conditions are provided with your written offer and confirmation; sending an enquiry alone does not create a booking.
