Where exactly are we dropped off?
At the Wadi Rum Visitor Center, just outside the protected area boundary. Your camp or tour operator arranges 4x4 collection from here - this is standard for all Wadi Rum visits.
Is night driving safe?
The Desert Highway is well-lit and well-patrolled. However, if arriving after 22:00, we recommend confirming your camp's gate hours, as some camps lock their entrance after a certain hour.
